Shipping Policy
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours. Delivery timelines vary by location. Shipping charges are shown at checkout. Fresh and perishable food products should be refrigerated where applicable and consumed within 2 days of opening the package. Returns are not accepted for food except for damaged, incorrect or unusable products reported within 24 hours with photographs.

Food products cannot be returned once delivered due to hygiene and food safety. Refunds or replacements are provided only for damaged, defective or incorrect items reported within 24 hours. Orders may be cancelled before dispatch only
