We take utmost care in preparing and delivering our fresh sweets, dairy products, farsan, snacks, and other food items to ensure that they reach you in the best possible condition.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are generally processed within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation.
Fresh products such as Shrikhand, Malai Mithai, Mawa sweets, and Puranpolis are prepared fresh and may require additional preparation time depending on availability.
Orders received on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
DELIVERY AREAS
We currently ship across India. Delivery availability may vary for certain fresh or highly perishable products.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
Mumbai & Nearby Areas: Same Day or 1–2 Business Days, where available
Maharashtra: 2–4 Business Days
Rest of India: 3–7 Business Days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, festivals, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location, order weight, and product type.
Any applicable free shipping offers will be displayed during checkout.
Customers are requested to ensure that someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address.
Mumbai Ladu Samrat cannot be held responsible for product deterioration caused by unsuccessful delivery attempts, delayed acceptance, incorrect address details, or improper storage after delivery.
Perishable items should be stored as per the instructions mentioned on the packaging to maintain their freshness and quality.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive shipment tracking details through SMS, WhatsApp, or Email, wherever available.
DAMAGED, INCORRECT OR MISSING ITEMS
